It is imperative that our workers contracted to the client be properly trained in the rules and standard as provided by the client. This is responsibility of RK&CO. training & development manager who ensure that proper records of all training done is kept on file.

The contract manager is trained in all aspects of the client's standard operating procedures, induction & orientation of new workers. Factory site rules etc. He is then responsible for training all new workers before they start their duties.
