RK&CO.believes that the quality of the service to the client is determined by the quality of the management provided for any contract for this reason a suitably qualified contract manager and contract supervisor is designated the responsibility of administrating/servicing a contract and will visit the factory site on a regular basis.  The contract manager is responsible for training & discipline of all contract workers and must ensure the smooth running of the contracts. The contract supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the required no. of workers report for each shift and arranging for replacement workers in the event of workers not reporting for duty. The contract supervisor also handles queries from the workers and the client .
In addition the branch manager and other senior RK&CO.managers visit the customers sites regularly. To ensure that any problems are addressed timeously and on the correct level , regular meetings with the plant managers/supervisers are requested.
