Time/Attendance Sheets are electronically transferred on a weekly basis, either directly from the client or from the relevant RK&Co.Branch. From these time sheets, wages & deductions (ESIC, EPF) are calculated. Pay slips are printed and net pay is paid to the employees. Workers are paid monthly on 7th of every month.
