All workers are employed by RK&CO. and as such we are responsible for-

• All legal requirements regarding fees and levis such as ESIC, EPF, Welfare Fund, Workman's Compensation etc. 
• All administration such as leave pay, sick leave, compassionate leave etc.
• All human resource & industrial relations matters affecting workers contracted to the client.  

There is no expectancy for further employment or permanently employing our workers (Subject to Discussion). The worker is an RK&co.& Manpower Service's employee and he/she is fully aware of the temporary nature of each contract. However, Should you wish to permanently employee one of our workers you may do so.
